The VMware View Session Enhancement Software Development Kit (SDK) allows software engineers to write host-side and client-side applications and allows communication between a client and remote desktop. ![]() Workspace one intelligent hub mac os#vdpService does not load a 3rd Party Mac OS plugin. ![]() Loading 3rd Party Mac plugins with Session Enhancement SDK (vdpService) (85186).This is a known issue and will be resolved in the next scheduled release of Unified Access Gateway. It only occurs with this combination of UAG and Horizon Client versions and only occurs when using UAG in passthrough authentication mode and when Connection Server is configured for RADIUS or RSA SecurID. This issue is caused by a defect in UAG versions 2111(.x) relating to new functionality introduced to support additional encryption of particular credential values from Horizon client versions 2111 and newer. It also doesn’t occur with versions of Horizon client older than 2111 or versions of UAG older than 2111. This issue does not occur when RADIUS or RSA SecurID authentication is configured on UAG and not on Connection Server.A user connecting directly to Connection Server and not via UAG can successfully logon using RADIUS or RSA SecurID. The user is denied access even when correct credentials (username, passcode and PIN) have been entered. Horizon RADIUS or RSA SecurID authentication fails when using Horizon Client versions 2111 (or newer) with UAG 2111(.x) when UAG Horizon Edge Service is configured with the default passthrough authentication and the Horizon broker (Connection Server) is configured to perform RADIUS or RSA SecurID authentication.Workaround Instructions for Horizon RADIUS and RSA SecurID Authentication Failure with Unified Access Gateway (UAG) Version 2111(.x) (87253).This change will be implemented starting with Workspace ONE UEM 22.01.Product Provisioning apps and files will now follow suit to ensure optimal environment performance. To resolve this, delivery of Internal Applications was moved to the Akamai CDN. In the past, Internal Applications also followed the same pattern and impacted environment performance. Delivering apps and files directly to devices from Workspace ONE UEM places a significant load on the environment. For SaaS Workspace ONE UEM environments on version 22.01 and higher, delivery of Product Provisioning apps and files to devices (in the scenarios above), Pull Relay Servers, and RSCC’s will be shifted from UEM servers to the Akamai CDN.Here, the UEM application server acts as a fallback source of files. There are Relay Servers configured in the environment, but the device cannot communicate with them. There are no Relay Servers configured in the UEM environment.
